The policy guides the recruitment of early career graduates into academic staff ranks. The program serves to prepare early career graduates for postgraduate training and it focuses on research, product development and innovations, consultancy, outreach and instructional techniques. The Program participants shall be called “Graduate Fellows”. and they shall include Junior Graduate Fellows and Senior Graduate Fellows.
